Made-to-Order Products

All jackets are handcrafted to order based on the size, color, and customization details you provide at checkout. Because each item is custom-made, production time and shipping time will be communicated to you at the time of order.

Product Images

Product and design images shown on our website and social media pages are intended as design references to illustrate style, color, and design options. While we take care to ensure the final handcrafted product closely matches the shown design, minor natural variations in leather texture, grain, and shade may occur, as each hide is a natural material.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing our detailed size chart and selecting their size accordingly before placing an order. By completing checkout, you confirm

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice. For your convenience, prices may also be displayed in GBP (£) or EUR (€) based on
your location or preference, calculated using current exchange rates. Full payment is required at the time of order placement through our secure payment processing system. Product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations after this window may not be possible once production has started.
