Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Exedus Leather Outfitters jacket. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all our products are handcrafted to order.
Eligible for Free Replacement or Refund:
- Manufacturing defects — stitching issues, faulty zippers, hardware defects, or visible leather flaws not shown/disclosed at the time of order
- Transit/shipping damage — items damaged in transit
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence (including an unboxing video where possible) sent to info@exedusleatheroutfitters.com
Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer. All jackets are made to the exact size chart measurements you select at checkout. By placing your order, you confirm you have reviewed the size chart and selected your size carefully. Since each jacket is custom-made to your selected size, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues once production has started.
- Change of mind. As each jacket is handcrafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds simply because you no longer want the item.
- Normal variation in leather texture/shade due to the natural nature of the material, which does not constitute a defect.
How to Request a Replacement (Defect/Damage Claims)
- Email info@exedusleatheroutfitters.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a free replacement, or process your refund within 7 days of approval
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through our payment processor. Once processed, please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/card provider’s own processing timelines.
